Draw a square; Find the center.
Divide into thirds, and then sixths.
Make circles where the loops will cross.
Figure path of loop using arcs to find compass points. Things got kinda crazy here.
Abandon all the geometry and go freehand.
Aiming for where the circles meet the sixths, draw the inner loops.
Continue outward hitting the points where the circles meet the sixths.
Finished drawing, ready to be made into a stencil for use in painting. Stay tuned.
